Ortizonline.com was created by Efrain Ortiz,Jr. Efrain Ortiz,Jr. is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet Specialist, and CIW Security Analyst an SCSP and a CISSP. Some of his past work experiences include positions in Internet Security Vulnerability Testing, Internet Security Administration and Analysis, LAN/WAN administration on Windows NT/AS400 environment and as Systems Engineer in the I-Business, data integration area.
